Refund policy

We accept returns for 30 days from the day your order is delivered.

 

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges are free. If the size isn't right, email us and we'll cover shipping the replacement pair out to you. You cover sending the original back.

 

Refunds: if you'd rather have your money back, you cover return shipping. We refund the full item price to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching us.

 

Discounted, promotional and multi-pair bundle orders are returnable on exactly the same terms as everything else.

 

To start a return or exchange, email aryadenimjeans@gmail.com with your order number. We reply the same business day with instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us.

 

Damages and issues

 

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or you've received the wrong thing, email us straight away and we'll put it right at our cost.

 

What we can't accept

 

Items that have been worn, washed or altered, items with tags removed, and gift cards.
